Situated at the foot of the beautiful George Gill Range, just 36 kilometres from Kings Canyon, Kings Creek Station is a truly unique 2,000 square kilometre slice of the real Australian desert. Set amongst majestic desert oaks, Kings Creek Station is a cattle station with facilities for camping to luxury glamping (including the Drovers Dream and the Dreamtime Escarpment accommodation); all options designed for all types of traveller to experience the best of the outback.
After a busy day at Kings Canyon, unwind with a bottle of wine and some delicious snacks at the café and watch the sunset against the majestic George Gill Ranges. Try one of the famous Kings Creek camel burgers or relax by the pool with an icy cold drink.
Kings Creek can be reached from Alice Springs on the Luritja Road via Lasseter Highway (sealed and 450kms). If travelling from Uluru or Erldunda on the Lasseter Highway the turn off is at the Luritja Road junction. Distance from Uluru is 300kms.
